What is your location?
We are based in the France, where all of our bracelets are crafted. From our location, we handle all aspects of production and shipping, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality.
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order ships out.
I placed an order but haven’t received any updates?
Please check your spam or promotions folder in your email. Order confirmations and shipping updates sometimes end up there. If you still cannot find any emails, contact us at info@auroreneige.com.
Can I get a custom bracelet made?
At the moment we do not offer fully custom designs. We do offer size customization on all our existing models.
Can I wear my bracelet while showering / exercising?
We strongly recommend removing your bracelet before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Contact with water, sweat and chemicals will shorten the lifespan and may cause discoloration.
Is your jewelry restocking?
Most of our bestsellers are restocked regularly. If a product is out of stock, you can join the waitlist on the product page to be notified once it is available again.
Can I rush my order?
We do not offer express production. All orders follow the same production timeline in the order they are received.
