Frequently asked questions

Here's everything you need to know about the loyalty program.
1. How do I redeem my points?
Select the tab called Redeem Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
2. Is there a minimum spend required for coupon-code redeem rewards?
Yes. Each reward tier has its own minimum spend requirement. Once you have enough points, click “Get Reward” to see the requirement before confirming.
3. What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' status mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately. Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals, with a waiting period in place to account for potential returns. Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase.
4. I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. If this problem persists, please contact us at info@auroreneige.com.
5. I filled in my birthday but didn’t receive any points.
Birthday points are added automatically at midnight (local time) on your birthday. If your birthday was entered on the same day, the reward will start from next year. Please double-check the date when filling it in, as it can’t be changed later.
6. I already have an account — can I get points for past purchases?
Yes! As a thank you to our loyal customers, we’ve automatically added points based on your purchases from January to April 2025, or converted your points from our previous loyalty program (if applicable).
7. I don't have account before — can I get points for past purchases?
Yes — as long as you used the same email for your purchase and for creating your account. We launched our loyalty program on 5 June, 2025. From this date forward, we reward points for purchases made within the past 3 months, starting from 5 June 2025. For example, if you join in July, you can still receive points for purchases made in June — but not for any purchases made prior to the launch date. Thank you for understanding.
8. Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
9. How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu.
10. How do I view my point balance?
You will be able to see your points balance on the header of our reward page, when you are logged in. You can also check your points balance by logging into your account.
11. How can I use my points directly at checkout?
You can redeem points at checkout if you have at least 100 points ($5). The option appears just below the promo code field. If you don’t see it, your after discount total may not meet the $80 minimum spend required for direct redemption. You can still exchange points for a fixed discount coupon, with varying minimum spend, and apply the code manually at checkout.
12. What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
